What we collect

What you enter in our request form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you want, your vehicle, whether you want drop-off or mobile, and your message. We do not take payment details on this site.

How we use it

To answer you, quote the work and schedule it. If you ticked the boxes on the form, we also use it to send appointment reminders and offers by text message or email.

Your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Reply STOP to any text message to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our Messaging Terms cover this in full.

Who else sees it

Your request is stored in the customer management system we use to run the business. We do not sell your information.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It tells us how the site is doing, not who you are.

Removing your information

Ask and we will delete it. Send a message to @shaqsautospa on Instagram.
